Repeat DUI Motorist Arrested, Cops Say: North Orange County
A driver who "smelled like alcohol" and was driving without a license was arrested early Tuesday, OC Sheriff's Deputies reported.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA — It doesn't pay to drink and drive in Orange County, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department. Deputies in Midway City early Tuesday arrested a suspected drunken motorist who had prior DUI arrests and who was also driving with a suspended license, they said.
The motorist was arrested shortly after midnight when he allegedly ran a red light, the Orange County Sheriff's Department reported.
The driver also had an odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath and admitted to drinking alcohol earlier. His license had been suspended for prior DUI arrests.

He was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and driving with a suspended license.
The Orange County Sheriff's Department did not release the driver's name or the exact location the arrest took place.
