SigAlert On 91 Freeway: Roadwork Closes Two Lanes, Slows Traffic
Two lanes on the California State route 91 were closed for roughly an hour for roadwork, and traffic remains slow on the freeway going west.
YORBA LINDA, CA — The two right lanes on the California State route 91 west were closed for roughly an hour Wednesday morning near Weir Canyon in Yorba Linda, slowing traffic considerably for a stretch of the freeway.
A SigAlert was issued shortly after 9 a.m. after California Highway Patrol reported that a part of the freeway was damaged at around 8:30 a.m. Caltrans was called to the scene to assist with roadwork, CHP reported.
The SigAlert has since been lifted, though traffic on the freeway remains very slow.
