Traffic Stalled On 5 Freeway Near Knott's Berry Farm After Car Crash

ORANGE COUNTY, CA — Drivers chugging up the I-5 northbound near Knott's Berry Farm in Orange County were slowed to a halt Monday afternoon after a two-car crash stalled all lanes, the California Highway Patrol reported Monday.

The crash occurred late Monday morning at 10:40 a.m., after a white Chevy Malibu crashed into an unknown car in the first lane of the freeway, the CHP said. The collision resulted in an hourlong SigAlert for that area of the freeway, near Auto Center Drive in Buena Park.

It is not yet known if anyone was injured in the crash.
