T-Rex Skimboards Across Flooded Street, More Rain Coming

Ralph the Rex shared rainy-day antics attempting a leap from skateboard to skimboard in this OC flooded cul-du-sac. More rain is on the way.

BREA, CA — It's tough to be a dinosaur, but Ralph the T-Rex is at it again with his wild and crazy antics, this time in a Brea neighborhood.

Carrying a tattered umbrella, "Ralph" navigated the hill leading to the flooded cul-du-sac on his skateboard, then leaped as he approached the large puddle. He skimmed the surface of the water, then lunged across the other side, all without falling.

Another storm is expected to hit Southern California, bringing at least a half-inch of rain to the already soggy SoCal this weekend.

With the beaches in a rain advisory, sticking to the puddles may be a good idea. Last winter, Ralph the T-Rex released video where he slid down a hillside into a rain culvert, showed his out-takes from the skimboard attempt, and could be seen mucking out his street's drain to keep it from overflowing.

We're not sure how many attempts this galoshes-wearing dinosaur had to go through before his final video was released, but it was epic none-the-less.

Is it surf's up? Or puddle's up?

Either way, we can't wait to see what Ralph will do next.
