U.S. Rep Threatened By Ex-Boyfriend, Granted Restraining Order: Report
U.S. Representative Katie Porter was given a five-year restraining order against an ex after he targeted her with harassment and threats.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA ā U.S. Rep. Katie Porter was given a five-year restraining order against an ex-boyfriend who reportedly targeted the politician with harassment and threats, The Orange County Register reported.
The restraining order was granted on Tuesday, Dec. 17 by OC Superior Court Judge Elia Naqvi who said that Porter had receiving "harassing" communications from Julian Willis, Porter's ex-boyfriend.
According to the report, Willis allegedly violated a temporary restraining order that Porter was granted against him less than a month ago.
