Uber Driver Assaulted OC Woman While Driving Her Home From Police Station
The Uber driver admitted to the sexual encounter and was convicted on Monday, July 6 of sexual assault charges.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA โ An Uber driver who admitted to a sexual encounter with a female rider was convicted on Monday, July 6 of sexual assault charges, court records show.
Amir Attia, 51, was found guilty of two felony counts of sexual penetration of an intoxicated person, according to court records.
According to The Orange County Register, Attia had picked the woman up from a Tustin police station hours after she had been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in the summer of 2018.

According to the report, the woman said she passed out on the ride home and woke up "sore and feeling like something was wrong."
