Victim ID'd In Fatal Anaheim Shooting; Man And Woman Arrested
The 25-year-old man was shot several times while sitting in his parked car in a residential Orange County neighborhood.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA — A man and a woman were arrested this week in connection with the killing of a 25-year-old man in an Anaheim residential neighborhood.
Corona resident Rashaadd Eugene Royal, 41, and 51-year-old Jennifer Camacho Mandap, of Moreno Valley, were arrested and in custody Thursday for the death of Kenneth Wayne Swets.
Police and Orange County Fire Authority firefighters were dispatched to the 2000 block of South Margie Lane, near Ninth Street, in response to reports of a shooting at around 8:42 p.m. Sunday.

Upon arriving, officers found Swets unresponsive inside of a parked vehicle. He suffered from several gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene, Anaheim police said.
The two suspects were arrested Wednesday, police said.

An investigation found that Royal knew the victim, according to police.
The investigation is ongoing and detectives ask anyone with information regarding the fatal shooting to call Orange County Crime Stoppers at 855-TIP-OCCS (847-6227).
