Woman Kills Roommate In Orange County: Police

GARDEN GROVE, CA — A 53-year-old woman was taken into custody in connection with the fatal shooting of her roommate in Garden Grove, according to police.

Law enforcement in Garden Grove received reports Tuesday about the killing from a third roommate who found the victim dead in their home and from the San Diego Police Department, authorities said. The victim, a man in his 60s, was discovered in the 10000 block of Lotus Street, according to police.

The woman was taken into custody in Riverside County by the local sheriff’s department, police said, adding the case remains under investigation.
