During the operation, officers contacted two victims and connected them with support services and other resources, according to police.

A 27-year-old South San Francisco resident was detained and later arrested after investigators developed probable cause for a pandering charge, police said.

The investigation was conducted over several years by the San Bruno Police Department's Investigative Services Section. Investigators developed leads, interviewed witnesses and gathered evidence before obtaining the search warrants, police said.
