PACIFIC PALISADES, CA – Two people were injured after their motorcycle slammed into a parked car in Pacific Palisades, authorities said Monday. The crash was about 6:45 p.m. Saturday in the 17800 block of Pacific Coast Highway, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey.

At least one of the cyclists was ejected from the bike and down a hill, Humphrey said. Both riders suffered broken bones and were transported to trauma centers by paramedics, he said.

Both suffered broken femurs, so their injuries were not believed life-threatening, said Officer R. Izquierdo of the Los Angeles Police Department's West Traffic Division.
