FIVE SIMPLE WAYS TO REDUCE YOUR DAILY STRESS

A Personal Assistant Can Eliminate Ongoing Sources of Stress in Just an Hour or Two

We all have too much to do and not enough time. Often, we end up spending a lot of time and mental energy keeping track of all of the balls in the air, and the thought of finding someone to help can just add to the overwhelm. But here are five easy ways to let a personal assistant help you with common sources of daily stress:

  1. Making sure you never run out of toilet paper or milk for your coffee or ink/paper for your printer. A personal assistant can keep a running inventory of household or office supplies and keep things stocked so you don’t get stuck at the worst possible moment.
  2. Gassing up the car once a week so you’re never sweating on those mornings that you’re running late and traffic is inevitably horrible. Imagine also have it washed weekly too.
  3. Making sure the kid(s). . . or the dog. . . is picked up before closing. Give yourself some breathing room one night a week and avoid the mad dash to get there in the nick of time.
  4. Being a reminder that you can’t minimize, delete, or ignore on-screen. A personal assistant can make sure that those vital appointments or tasks don’t get overlooked in the chaos of the day.
  5. Figuring out what’s for dinner – whether it’s reservations, pizza, or a home-cooked meal.

Just a little bit of help can go a long way to making life a little less stressful. Having a personal assistant doesn’t need to be a big commitment – just a couple hours of assistant support a week can make an enormous difference in your sense of personal (and professional) well-being.
