Avoid the stresses of the holiday season by adding yoga to your fitness routine!

Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines stretching exercises, controlled breathing and relaxation. Yoga can help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and improve heart function.

Our yoga programming is accessible to everyone, regardless of your flexibility or level of fitness.  Our fabulous, certified, and experienced instructors will show modifications to help every woman safely perform each pose.  Our small class size (max 6) allows for instructor to focus on everyone's form to insure a safe practice.
