    Join member Ingrid Vinje for a morning of nurturing young children's development with the magic of music and movement. This class is for caregivers and children under the age of 3 years. Crawling babies and lap babies should bring a clean blanket or beach towel to sit upon. One adult per child, please. Free for members and their guests.

    • Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
    Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. PPWC member Mary Dean is your volunteer instructor and hostess. Loose, comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended.
