PACIFIC PALISADES, CA — A 26-year-old woman was injured after suffering a 10 foot fall while hiking in the Pacific Palisades, officials said. Paramedics and fire officials were conducting a hoist operation to transport the woman to a hospital, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported. The fall was reported near the 16600 block of Via Pacifica.No other information was immediately available.
