PACIFIC PALISADES, CA — The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power reported on its outage map that 148 customers in the Palisades were without power Friday afternoon

By 5 p.m. the map indicated 21 customers were without power.

The small outage started earlier Friday. The DWP map does not include a current estimate for when power will be restored. The cause of the power outage is not known. No other information is available.
