Search On For Missing Autistic Woman

Iesha Beaumont, who has the mental capacity of a child, disappeared from the Westside Tuesday morning.

LOS ANGELES, CA — The family of a 27-year-old autistic woman with the mental capacity of a 6-year-old is asking for help finding her. Iesha Beaumont went missing in West Los Angeles Tuesday morning.

She was last seen Tuesday around 11 a.m. at her home in the 1400 block of Holt Avenue. After they were unable to find her, her parents reported her missing, according to a statement from the Los Angeles Police Department.

Beaumont is white, 5 feet 4, about 140 pounds, with long brown hair and brown eyes, the LAPD said. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a white long sleeve shirt, white pajama pants with balloon print, multicolored socks and gold stud earrings.
