Acrisure Arena Named Large Business Of The Year At Rammy's Awards

PALM SPRINGS, CA – Acrisure Arena was named the Large Business of the Year at Wednesday night's Rammy's Awards in a ceremony held at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa. The awards acknowledged the past year’s top-achieving businesses and leaders in the community, a spokesperson for Acrisure Arean said.

Since its December opening, Acrisure Arena has welcomed nearly 250,000 fans and hosted over 31 concerts, comedy, family shows, and Coachella Valley Firebirds games.

"Our Grand Opening season was highlighted by sold-out events by blockbuster artists including Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle, The Doobie Brothers, Grupo Firme, Maroon 5, Professional Bull Riders, and most recently two nights of the Eagles," said Sam Threadgill, Acrisure Arena spokesman.

John Bolton, senior vice president of Oak View Group accepted the award on behalf of the arena.

“This award belongs to the entire Coachella Valley community and business leaders who have embraced this venue and brought it to life," Bolton said. "We look forward to building upon this incredible grand opening run of events and being a good business partner.”

Acrisure has hosted an impressive line-up since it opened, and promises to fill the event calendar well into 2023.

Recently, the arena announced Acrisure Arena will have a tour stop on the KISS Farewell Tour later this year, and teased numerous big-name artists will be announced shortly.
