Additional Holiday Parking Open at Palm Springs International Airport

PALM SPRINGS, CA- Palm Springs International Airport is offering extra parking and terminal shuttle service beginning Tuesday to help handle the holiday travel rush.

The airport’s Economy Lot on Kirk Douglas Way will open at 4:30 p.m., with parking costing $11 a day, city spokeswoman Amy Blaisdell said. Payment is required when parking.

Free shuttle transportation is available between the lot and the main terminal.

Travelers are advised to arrive at least 90 minutes before their flights to allow enough time to park, check in and get through security.
