Amateurs, Tee Up! CareerBuilder Challenge Needs You for Bob Hope Legacy Pro-Am

The competition partners four amateur golfers with a PGA Tour pro for 18 holes at the Stadium Course at PGA West.

LA QUINTA, CA - A limited number of spots remain for amateur golfers looking to play alongside PGA Tour pros in next month's Bob Hope Legacy Pro-Am, CareerBuilder Challenge tournament organizers said Wednesday.

The CareerBuilder Challenge, formerly known as the Bob Hope Classic, has already sold out tickets for its other three-day pro-am, but organizers are seeking to fill spots for those who wish to compete in the Jan. 18 event.

In addition to the competition, participants receive a gift package and signed commemorative photos with the team's PGA Tour partner, as well as exclusive invitations to events and venues.

The pro-am will also feature the seventh annual TV News Anchor Challenge, pitting defending champion Kris Long of CBS Local 2 against KMIR's Gino Lamont and KESQ's John White. The winner will present a $10,000 check to a local charity of their choice.
