Missing At Risk Man: Have You Seen Raymond?

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — A 45-year-old man last seen near Thermal is missing and is considered at risk, officials say.

Raymond Torres was last seen at noon on July 1 in the area of Martinez Road and Polk Street, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff's Office.

Torres was described as a 5-foot-11-inch-tall man weighing 165 pounds with brown hair and eyes.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts was urged to call 911.

The CHP released a Feather Alert Thursday for Torres, the emergency notification system that requests public assistance in locating missing Indigenous people who have disappeared under suspicious or unexplained circumstances.
