PALM SPRINGS, CA — The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway reopened Tuesday following a closure due to storm-related technical issues.
The tramway, located at One Tram Way, closed Monday afternoon because of a malfunctioning circuit board, according to Chris Bartsch, vice president of the tramway.
The first public car was up at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, with the last car up scheduled at 8 p.m. and the last car down at 9:30 p.m.
The tramway resumed normal operations, with cars departing at least every 30 minutes.
