Assessor-County-Recorder Office Open Late on Thursdays

The Riverside Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder has extended its hours of operation for Clerk services. The main Clerk office will remain open until 7 p.m. every Thursday to assist the public.

“These new hours will allow our customers greater flexibility to obtain the services they need,” said Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder Larry Ward.

The services available will be limited to Clerk functions and some will require appointments. Those requiring pre-scheduled appointments are marriage licenses, marriage ceremonies, notary public registrations, process server registrations and legal document assistant registrations.

The Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder will also provide fictitious business name filings, certified copies of official records for 1975 – 2014 only and certified copies of birth, death and marriage certificates.

The main Clerk office is located at 2720 Gateway Drive, Riverside 92507. All other office locations will maintain their regular hours of operation.
