With top name retailers and restaurants adding Palm Desert locations (Red lobster , Whole Foods announced the on Thursday, and a is under construction on El Paseo); who are we still missing in Palm Desert?

Mayor Bob Spiegel, City Councilmember Jan Harnik and Ruth Ann Moore, Economic Development Director for the City of Palm Desert have all hinted to the media that more big names are on the way, but confidentiality agreements won't let them say who.

Moore recently told The Desert Sun that Red Lobster and Whole Foods were numbers 1 and 2 on the most requested list.  Who should be the tops on that list now?
