Bryan Adams, Joan Jett And The BlackHearts At Acrisure Arena Friday

Tickets are still available for the Bryan Adams 2023 "So Happy It Hurts" tour at Acrisure Arena.

PALM DESERT, CA — Musician and singer-songwriter Bryan Adams is coming to town with his 2023 "So Happy It Hurts Tour" Friday, July 28.

Adams, a Canadian singer, and songwriter, still has the energetic vocals and stage presence that has entertained fans for over 40 years. For this tour, Adams appears with Joan Jett and the Blackhearts at the 11,000-capacity Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert. The tour supports Bryan Adams' 15th album, So Happy It Hurts.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Acrisure Arena, located at 75702 Varner, Palm Desert. The concert is slated to begin at 8 p.m. Tickets remain on sale at ticketmaster.com, the official ticketing provider of Acrisure Arena.

Adams' songwriting has garnered him numerous awards and accolades, including three Academy Award nominations, five Golden Globe nominations, and a Grammy Award and 20 Juno Awards, according to his website. Adams has 17 studio albums and four new studio albums in 2022, including "So Happy It Hurts" (nominated for a Grammy) and "Pretty Woman – The Musical."

He has rereleased recordings of his greatest hits on the albums "Classic pt. I" and "Classic pt. II," which are released digitally and in ATMOS with Platoon and are also available physically with BMG. He is touring the USA, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Adams is touring with "Joan Jett & the Blackhearts," a contemporary of his from the late 70s early 80s.

Joan Jett formed her band, the Blackhearts, in 1979, with whom Jett has become a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee. She has had eight platinum and gold albums and nine Top 40 singles, including the classics "Bad Reputation," "I Love Rock 'N' Roll," "I Hate Myself For Loving You," and "Crimson and Clover." With a career that has spanned music, film, television, Broadway, and humanitarianism, Joan Jett remains a potent force and inspiration to generations of fans worldwide.
