This free and family-friendly event will transform the center’s air-conditioned Main Court into a lively hub of holistic wellness, fitness and inspiration.
Dr. Joseph E. Scherger, M.D., M.P.H., founder and Medical Director of Restore Health – Disease Reversal, and a faculty member at Eisenhower Health, will headline the event with an insightful talk on Lifestyle Medicine. His presentation will spotlight how intentional changes in nutrition and daily habits can reverse chronic illness and enhance longevity.
Other activities planned to engage attendees include a Vendor Fair highlighting everything from skincare and supplements to sound baths and medical services; a Wellness Passport Challenge, which allows guests to add stamps of 20+ vendors to their ‘passport’ to be entered for a chance to win a PURFIT Athletics one-year full membership ($650 value) and a $150 Macy’s gift card; and a Step & Spin Challenge, where those who track at least 3,000 steps walking the mall that day (using a complimentary pedometer) can spin a Surprise Prize Wheel for a chance to win gift cards, wellness items and more.
