Twisted Canyon in the Mecca Hills

We will start our hike in a sandy wash that provides excellent views of the Mecca Hills that have been eroded, folded and crushed by the San Andreas Fault network over the eons. Then we will enter a side canyon and explore two separate paths that twist and turn their way through these hills. You will experience firsthand the incredible landscape of the Chuckwalla National Monument.This easy hike is generally suitable for anyone who enjoys walking.
