Former equine therapist makes switch to real estate as sales associate with Coldwell Banker, helping clients find their dream home.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has welcomed Francine Lawrence to its La Quinta/Indian Wells office to work in real estate sales. Lawrence brings to the position a deep understanding and familiarity with the La Quinta and Indian Wells community.

“Francine has solid connections throughout the desert community and knows this area well,” said Mark Bennet, branch manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage La Quinta/Indian Wells. “She has the perfect demeanor and poise that leads her to take a stressful event like buying a home in a competitive market and turns it into a pleasant experience for her clients.”

Prior to associating with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Lawrence worked in equine therapy. She has also worked in construction administration, interior design and property management.
