Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Sales Associates Ranked Among Nation's Best in 2016 Report

According to a recent report issued by REAL Trends, which ranks America’s Top 1,000 residential real estate sales associates and teams, Coldwell Banker affiliated sales associates produced a sales volume of $7.3 billion last year, ranking among the highest in the nation.

According to a recent report issued by REAL Trends, which ranks America’s Top 1,000 residential real estate sales associates and teams, Coldwell Banker affiliated sales associates produced a sales volume of $7.3 billion last year, ranking among the highest in the nation. Nationwide, Coldwell Banker has 27 top teams by sales volume, including four teams in the Top 20. The report ranked 18 teams and individuals from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Southern California region in the Top 1,000.

Approximately 26 percent of the nation’s Top 1,000 real estate agents and teams by sales volume, transaction sides, and average sales price are affiliated with a Realogy brand, including Coldwell Banker.

The annual report ranks America’s top 1,000 residential real estate agents and teams based on 2015 annual sales volume and transaction sides. This year’s report added the top 50 agents and teams based on average sales price.
