The woman died of injuries related to the single-car rollover collision.

THERMAL, CA — A 22-year-old Coachella Valley woman was killed on a remote section of the roadway when she apparently lost control of her car, and it rolled into a tree. The Riverside County Coroner's Bureau will conduct an autopsy to gain further insight into the cause of the crash, they said.
Perla Reyes Diaz of Thermal was fatally injured shortly before noon Tuesday on Harrison Street, just south of 68th Avenue, on the south end of the desert community, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The agency said that Diaz was at the wheel of a Toyota Corolla northbound on Harrison when the sedan veered off the roadway and overturned, rolling several times before impacting a tree.
