CVWD’s CAFR has won the GFOA award several years in a row. An impartial panel judged the book, which had to meet high standards that included a constructive “spirit of full disclosure” to “clearly communicate its financial story and motivate potential users and user groups to read (the report).”
GFOA is a nonprofit professional association with 17,500 government finance professionals among its members, including representatives from CVWD.
