3rd Corner Wine Shop and Bistro Bucks Easter Dinner Prix Fixe Menu Trend Instead Celebrating with Same Menu as Always

The 3rd Corner Wine Shop and Bistro, located in the former Palomino Restaurant site at 73-101 Highway 111, is one of the few restaurants in the Desert staying away from a pricey Prix Fixe, Easter menu and offering diners its full and varied menu at regular prices.  “It makes sense for us to stick with our standard prices since our business is built around people dining affordably, having fun and enjoying themselves,” notes Ed Moore, 3rd Corner’s owner. “Our customers tell me they truly appreciate our not increasing prices and decreasing menu selection simply because it’s Easter.  Moore adds.

3rd Corner’s Paris Cordon Bleu trained chef, Matt Smith’s innovative menu includes; duck confit and truffle flatbread pizza/ brie cheese, caramelized onions, arugula, shrimp arrabbiata,  linguine, shrimp, bacon, tomato, garlic, capers & chili flakes, mussels/ served with 3rd Corner fries and saffron aioli and grilled pork chop /potato puree, swiss chard, bacon, pickled cherries, merlot reduction

3rd Corner’s retail wine shop, the centerpiece of the restaurant, offers diners over 800 wines to choose from, including an extensive selection of international wines. Wine lovers can select a bottle from the wine shop and enjoy it with their Easter Dinner. An extensive selection of wines by the glass are also available.
