3rd Corner Wine Shop and Bistro Continues Its Summer Series Of “BYOB Wine Themed Community Dinners”

The 3rd Corner Wine Shop and Bistro, located in the former Palomino Restaurant site at 73-101 Highway 111, continues to celebrate summer on June 23 with its second BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) night, a new dining and wine event. On BYOB night guests are asked to bring a “Themed Wine.” Cordon Bleu trained Chef Matt Smith creates a three course dinner paired to the evening’s wine. There is no corkage fee for wine guests bring.

Dinner begins at 7pm and is $25 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Everyone is seated at a community table setting the scene for an evening of fine food and fun. BYOB nights will run three times a month throughout the summer.  Reservations are required. Call: 760-837-9600.

On June 23 the theme is White Wine from a variety of regions. The three-course dinner Chef Smith has planned begins with Salmon Tartar/ toast points followed by San Francisco Style Ciopinno. Desert is Strawberry Shortcake.
