3rd Corner Wine Shop and Bistro’s Sunday Three Course Pre-Fix Food & Wine Pairing Dinners
The 3rd Corner Wine Shop and Bistro, located in the former Palomino Restaurant site at 73-101 Highway111 will host its Three Course Pre-Fix Food & Wine Pairing Dinner on Sunday October 23 from 5-10pm. The cost is $25 for this popular evening that showcases the innovative food and selection of international wines 3rd Corner offers. The Pre-Fix menu includes a wine pairing with each course. The evening of food and wine begins with celery, date, pumpkin seed and manchego cheese salad/ preserved meyer lemon vinaigrette or soup of the day paired with a Ceretto, Blange, Arneis, Italy 2010. The second course follows with a braised pork shoulder/ creamy polenta, spinach and molasses demi glaze or a choice of a spanish chorizo risotto/ green beans and mussels with a Tochuelo, Tempranillo / Garnacha, Spain 2010. Desert is a pear cobbler/ caramel and vanilla ice cream paired with New Age, White Wine, Mendoza NV.
