3rd Corner Wine Shop & Bistro Celebrates Valentine’s Day with a Special Three Course Dinner with Optional Wine Pairing
The 3rd Corner Wine Shop and Bistro, named as having one of the “Top 50 Restaurant Wine Lists in America“ by Open Table, the country’s leading restaurant reservation site, hosts a Valentine’s Day Dinner on February 14. Paris Cordon Bleu trained Chef, Matt Smith, has created an innovative menu of choices for the evening. It begins with oven baked oysters casino/lemon wedge and house made hot sauce or baked brie/pear and arugula salad. Those dishes are paired with Conumdrum/White Wine/California 2010. The second course is lamb osso bucco/white bean stew and herb gremolata or a seafood cioppino/grilled bread and crab fondue with a Dutton Estate/Manzana Vineyard/Pinto Noir/Russian River 2008. The evening ends with a traditional crème brulee/chocolate strawberry or molten chocolate cake/white chocolate sauce and cardamom Chantilly paired with Grahams Port/2003.
