3rd Corner Wine Shop & Bistro Continues Popular Ten Wines For Ten Dollars Saturday Tastings
The 3rd Corner Wine Shop and Bistro, located in the former Palomino Restaurant site at 73-101 Highway 111 continues its increasingly popular Saturday Ten wines for Ten Dollar wine tastings. For reservations call: 760-837-9600.
Wines for tasting include; Zolo Torrontes 2010, Cielo Pinot Grigio 2009, Butterfield Station Sauvignon Blanc 2009, Cartlidge & Brown Chardonnay 2009, Purple Hands Red Blend 2009, Neil Ellis Pinotage 2008, A to Z Wineworks Pinot Noir 2009, Nine North Wine Parcel 41 Merlot 2007, Oakville Zinfandel 2009 and Boekenhoutskloff The Chocolate Block 2009.
To complete the afternoon, an optional three-course lunch is offered during the tasting. For an additional $15; enjoy a house salad, wild mushroom pasta/ linguine, garlic, tomatoes, lemon and pesto followed by chocolate chip cookies with ice cream.
