3rd Corner Wine Shop & Bistro Continues Summer Sunday Three Course Food & Wine Pairing Suppers

The 3rd Corner Wine Shop and Bistro, located in the former Palomino Restaurant site at 73-101 Highway 111 continues its popular Three Course Food & Wine Pairing Supper on Sunday September 4, 2011 from 5-10pm. The cost is $25 for this evening event showcasing the innovative food and the international wine selections 3rd Corner offers at affordable prices.  The Pre-Fix menu includes a wine pairing with each course. The menu’s first course offers a house salad or watermelon and feta salad with a Masi, Verduzzo / Pinot Grigio, Vendemmia 2010.That is followed by marinated beef skewers/ roasted peaches and quinoa or braised lamb pasta/ olives and tomatoes perfectly paired with a Charles Smith, The Velvet Devil, Merlot, Washington 2009. The evening’s finale is a cookie sundae with Mapes Cellars, Chocolate Decompression, Temecula.
