3rd Corner Wine Shop & Bistro Continues Sunday Three Course Food & Wine Pairing Suppers

The 3rd Corner Wine Shop and Bistro, located in the former Palomino Restaurant site at 73-101 Highway 111 will host its increasingly popular Three Course Food & Wine Pairing on Sunday September 11, 2011 from 5-10pm. The cost is $25 for this evening event showcasing the innovative food and the international wine selections 3rd Corner offers.  The Pre-Fix menu includes a wine pairing with each course. The menu’s first course offers a house salad or  panzanella salad/ olive and caper vinaigrette with a Basa, Blanco, Rueda 2010. That is followed by a braised pork/creamy polenta; oven roasted tomato and crispy bacon or shrimp pasta/ linguine, lemon, basil and cherry tomato and paired with Happy Canyon, Chukker, Santa Barbara 2009. The evening’s finale is caramelized peaches/ vanilla ice cream with Tintero, Moscato D'Asti, Sori Gramella 2010.
