The innovative menu’s first course offers a choice of lamb bacon wrapped goat cheese dates/ arugula & almond salsa and balsamic reduction or salmon tartar paired with Gimenez Riili, Torrontes, Mendoza 2010. The second course is house-made meatballs and pasta/ fresh basil and parmesan cheese or roasted pork loin/ date sauce and mashed potatoes with a Mazzei, Badiola, Toscana 2007. The evening ends with a strawberry semifreddo and a Tenuta Rapitala, Piano Maltese, Sicilia 2009.
