The innovative menu’s first course offers a choice of Calamari& Chick Pea Salad or Soup of the Day paired with a Crossings, Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand 2010. The second course is Pork Short Rib Pasta/Mac N’Cheese or Duck Confit paired with a Fontanafredda, Briccotondo, Barbera, Piedmonte 2008. Desert is a Strawberry Sorbet/nutmeg cookie and fresh fruit paired with a Tenuta Rapitala, Piano Maltese, Sicilia 2009.
