3rd Corner Wine Shop & Bistro’s Sunday Three Course Pre-Fix Food & Wine Pairing Dinners Ending Soon
The 3rd Corner Wine Shop and Bistro, located in the former Palomino Restaurant site at 73-101 Highway111 will host one of its four remaining Sunday Three Course Pre-Fix Food & Wine Pairing Dinners on Sunday October 16 from 5-10pm. The cost is $25 for this popular evening that showcases the innovative food and selection of international wines 3rd Corner offers. The Pre-Fix menu includes a wine pairing with each course. The evening’s begins with a beet salad or soup of the day paired with a Simi, Sauvignon Blanc,Sonoma County 2009. The second course is braised lamb lasagna/ tomato salad, or spicy sautéed calamari/ corn and goat cheese risotto with a Cantine Valpane, Perlydia, Barbera del Monferrato 2003. Desert is an orange and walnut turnover/ chocolate sauce and Pacific Sunset, Orange Muscat, Temecula 2009.
