Firework Alert: Bighorn Golf Club Hosting Display Sunday
Bighorn Golf Club would like to remind residents with pets of the firework display on Nov. 12 for pet safety.
From Bighorn Golf Club: Bighorn Golf Club will host an event on Sunday, November 12, that includes a 10-minute fireworks display starting at approximately 7:30 p.m.
The fireworks could disturb pets in surrounding neighborhoods.
The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) advises pet owners to keep their dogs and cats at home in a quiet, sheltered, and escape-proof area during fireworks displays. The City of Palm Desert encourages residents who live in affected areas to follow the SPCA’s advice and protect their pets.
