Hiring Fairs Coming Up: Marriott Desert Springs & Morongo Casino

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — Looking for work? You're in luck!

Two career fairs are planned in the region over the next week or so — on Wednesday, July 21 at the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon and on Wednesday, July 28 at JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert.

The Morongo event, the second job fair hosted by the casino this month, will run 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Morongo Grand Ballroom.

Vacancies span multiple departments, including housekeeping, casino operations and special events. Officials previously announced the casino was looking to hire 300 new employees.

Additionally, $1,000 hiring bonuses will be distributed to candidates accepting "eligible positions including cage cashier, main bank cashier, drop room clerks, casino housekeeper, environmental services and guest room attendant," the casino said.

Positions include full- and part-time opportunities. Benefits include insurance options and paid meal breaks, with access to free food.

Morongo applicants are urged to complete an online application prior to the event, which can be found at this link. The casino is at 49500 Seminole Drive in Cabazon.

The JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa's July 28 in-person, job fair, meanwhile, will be 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the site's Sinatra Ballroom 8-14 for those interested in the hospitality field.
