A 3.1-magnitude earthquake rattled Idyllwild today, but there were no immediate reports of damage.
The tremor was recorded about four miles southwest of the mountain
community at 2:09 p.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
According to the USGS website, the quake was reported being felt from Indio to Menifee.
