Inland Empire Gas Price Unchanged, Ending Five-Day Streak of Declines

The average price of fuel is 28.8 cents lower than one year ago.

A five-day streak of decreases in the average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire ended Thursday when it was unchanged, remaining at $4.035.

The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties dropped 1.6 cents over the past five days, including a half-cent on Wednesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price is 1.1 cents less than one week ago and 28.8 cents lower than one year ago, but 10.3 cents more than a month ago.
