John Futamata Affiliates with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

John Futamata has affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage La Quinta. He previously worked at Widex Co. Ltd. as an IT Administrator.

His previous work in IT support included problem solving and having a total customer mindset in order to offer the greatest service to clients. Futamata also worked at Proctor & Gamble, where he gained valuable experience in compliance and protocol. He explains that rules and policy were very stringent and a high degree of integrity was required in work processes. In Real Estate, a failure to follow the rules of law and the policy of the company will result in damaging consequences. As a result, he says he has made it part of his business fiber to err on the side of caution regarding rules and protocol.

The ability to think creatively and practically is frequently required in real estate transactions in order to find solutions. Futamata has demonstrated those abilities in preceding positions and strives to be relentless in thinking of every possible angle to solve a problem.
