Kidnapping, Domestic Violence Suspect Found At Burger King In Coachella Valley
A 34-year-old man was arrested inside the fast food restaurant.

DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA — A 34-year-old man suspected of domestic violence was arrested, police said Tuesday.
Devon Anthony Ducksworth of Desert Hot Springs was booked on suspicion of kidnapping and felony domestic violence, according to Lt. Christopher Saucier of the Desert Hot Springs Police Department.
Bail information was not immediately available.

Officers responded to reports of a man assaulting a woman Saturday in the 13000 block of La Mesa Drive.
A reporting party told authorities a suspect allegedly fled the area on a bicycle and was possibly armed with a firearm.

A drone was utilized to assist with the search, which located Ducksworth riding through a Vons parking lot and tracked him as he entered a Burger King, police said.
Officers responded to the location in the Two Bunch Palms Trail area and took him into custody. No firearm was located, and officers discovered he had outstanding felony warrants.
