Marriott Announces Hiring Spree At Palm Desert Area Resorts

PALM DESERT, CA — Marriott Vacations Worldwide is hiring locally for up to 200 hourly positions — and offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus — across a variety of departments at its five Palm Desert area resorts.

The scheduled hiring events are:

4-6 p.m., June 28:

Though the hiring fairs are taking place at three Marriott properties, the events will fill open positions at all five of the company's nearby locations: Marriott’s Desert Springs Villas, Marriott’s Shadow Ridge, The Westin Desert Willow Villas, The Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas, and Welk Resorts Desert Oasis. Non-tipped hourly positions start at $19 per hour, and all new hourly associates hired for these positions are eligible for the $1,000 sign-on bonus. Salaried management positions are also available. First, second and third shift opportunities are available, as well as weekends — on a full- or part-time basis. Relevant industry experience is preferred but not required, and paid training will be provided.
