Marriott Golf Academy to Host Spring Break Golf Camp for Boys & Girls Ages 7-15

For families planning their spring break activities, a junior golf instructional program is the perfect complement to any getaway.

Marriot Golf Academy, located at Marriott’s Shadow Ridge Resort in Palm Desert, Calif., will host the Spring Break Golf Camp from March 16 – April 16 for boys and girls ages 7-15.  The camp will take place weekly from Monday thru Thursday from 3:00pm-5:00pm and each session - taught by a Marriott Golf Academy Certified Instructor --will include a theme of the day, such as putting, chipping, pitching, bunker play, and Full swing.  Kids will have the flexibility of participating in a daily session to concentrate on one aspect of their game or signing up for a 4-day program. The junior golf instructional program is available to boys and girls of all skill levels, as participants will be grouped according to age and playing ability.  The curriculum, which includes on-course instruction, incorporates many fun activities and is flexible to ensure learning is paced for each student. Golf equipment will be provided as needed.
