Marriott Vacations Worldwide​ Doing Hiring Blitz In Palm Desert

PALM DESERT, CA — Marriott Vacations Worldwide is currently looking for people to join its team, with jobs available at its five Palm Desert area properties, the company announced Friday.

Opportunities are available across a variety of departments, including guest services, housekeeping, activities, food and beverage, and safety and security. All new hourly associates for these positions are also eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Salaried management positions are also available, the company said.

Marriott Vacations Worldwide reported it is hiring for more than 175 positions at its five local resorts that include Marriott’s Desert Springs Villas, Marriott’s Shadow Ridge, The Westin Desert Willow Villas, The Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas, and Welk Resorts Desert Oasis.

The company said it expects to hire up to 600 positions locally in the next three months.

Relevant industry experience is preferred but not required. Paid training will be provided, the company said.
