Mobile Health Clinic Announces Schedule Change
Riverside County's mobile health clinic in North Shore will switch its schedule beginning Wednesday, March 8.

From the County of Riverside: Riverside County’s mobile health clinic in North Shore will switch its schedule from Fridays to Wednesdays, beginning this Wednesday, March 8.
The mobile clinic will be stationed at the North Shore Beach & Yacht Club Community Center from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month to provide health services. The community center is located in North Shore, 99-155 Sea View Dr.
The schedule change was made to align with the new schedule for Catholic Charities’ weekly food distribution at the community center, which now occurs on Wednesdays.

Supervisor John J. Benoit worked with the Riverside University Health System and the Desert Recreation District to bring Riverside County’s mobile health clinic to North Shore to provide much-needed health services to the community.
The mobile health clinic made its first monthly visit to North Shore in September 2016, and thereafter started biweekly services.

Services include primary care, health screenings, well child checks, immunizations, vision and hearing testing and women’s health services. The clinic also provides patient education and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma and high cholesterol. Management may include a prescription for medication, teaching and further testing for diagnosing purposes.
No appointment is necessary and services are provided free of charge.
